| Description | A Peter Thomson and Mike Wolveridge design, Thurgoona features a strong layout with bent grass greens and Santa Ana couch fairways. Wide undulating fairways allow plenty of opportunity to hit driver, but sloping greens, large bunkers and well placed hazards will demand good approaches. Soft spikes only. Neat dress code. Thurgoona is host to the annual Schweppes Classic in October, the Murray Masters in December, and home of the NSW Senior Open in October. |
