Mt Osmond Golf Club

Club Details

Description Just 15 mins from Adelaide and established in 1927, designed by renowned golf course architect Neil Crafter. Built as a summer course to escape the heat from the sand belt. Elevated 400m above sea level, the course enjoys spectacular views over Adelaide, the coastline and the Mt Lofty ranges. The 7th and 8th tees provide some of the best vistas of the Adelaide Hills and the St Vincent Gulf coastline. A picturesque parklands layout that demands accuracy off the tee, with lots of undulation changes that make it a fun and engaging course to play. Suitable for all standards with well positioned bunkers and challenging greens. Sir Donald Bradman and his wife were members for many years with Bradman winning the Club Championship in 1935 and 1949. Home to native flora and fauna incl. kookaburras, rosellas and koalas. Neat dress code (no denim or tracksuits). Mixed Comp. Mon, Men's Comp. Tues, Women's Comp. Wed, Mixed Comp. Thurs-Sun.
